HB 290 - This act provides that the combat infantry license plates may be issued to nonlocal property-carrying commercial motor vehicles not in excess of 12,000 pounds. It also clarifies that the Director of Revenue, rather than the Advisory Committee established under Section 301.129, prescribes the form of specialized license plates.
